Tom Letherbarrow
Director
Tom is a Director and co-founder of Space Collective. He has been instrumental in the design and delivery of a diverse set of projects but has a specific focus on complex mixed-use developments.
He also has extensive experience working on complex residential refurbishments and single houses. In addition to project responsibilities, he is closely involved with the ongoing strategic management of the studio, taking roles in new business, sustainability initiatives and quality assurance.
Tom has a broad knowledge of development policies and the approvals process in Western Australia. He enjoys forging close working relationships with clients to ensure that expectations are consistently exceeded. He encourages the open exchange of design ideas and knowledge across the studio through presentations and debate.
