A winning competition entry for a significant mixed-use development at a prominent intersection. In collaboration with TRCB who are designing the supermarket and commercial component, the design strives to regenerate a new town centre.

The concept enables residents to be connected to the street activity whilst also retaining a sense of sanctuary with a large courtyard garden. Various building forms interact with landscape and provide a combination of robust materials such as face brick and expressed metalwork.
