Mindarie was envisioned as a welcoming coastal hub for the community, merging nature-inspired design with functional public space. Sculptural canopies echo local flora, offering shade and forming a distinctive identity that feels both grounded and uplifting.

Set along the coast, the design celebrates its setting through earthy materials, vibrant tones, and leaf-like roof forms supported by organic columns. With its café and coastal brewery, the space fosters connection and warmth — enhancing everyday experiences through comfort, community, and a strong sense of place.
