Designed as a keystone project set within a greater luxury urban development in Jakarta, Indonesia, the brief for these townhouses demanded extravagance– tempered by a refined, contemporary aesthetic.

The project consists of 10 separate, adjoining lots, reflected along a shared party wall. The program for each townhouse includes exceedingly generous four metre ceiling heights, including a double-height void over the main entertainment space, with a private lift, a pool, alfresco, garden and grounds– each with direct access to a semi-private, white sand beach which rings the island.
