Belmont Racecourse, located within the Perth Metropolitan Area, is set for redevelopment. The project will feature 20 townhouses facing the racecourse, offering residents a unique opportunity to engage with one of Western Australia’s most iconic entertainment venues.

Inspired by the movement of horses on a warm afternoon, the design aims to create a striking backdrop that seamlessly blends architecture with its surroundings. Open-plan living spaces on the first floor will provide residents with a front-row view, allowing them to become spectators in their own private setting — bringing vibrancy and life to the atmosphere of the races.
